Our Core Team

The project team is split up into 2 division due to the project location. One team is headed by En Zulkornain, stationed in Bandar Cove since 2017 managing not only the projects in T12 earthworks platform, bridges and common infra but is also looking into Rasau Water Treatment Projects, earthworks and 2.4 meter dia water pipeline for Air Selangor through Gamuda Berhad. While the team in Bandar Serai is led by En Shaiful Hazani covering projects secured by the Company in Bandar Serai and Kundang Development undertaking similar nature of works with the first team.

Zulkornain Muhammadiah

Senior Project Manager

Zulkornain Muhammadiah is the Senior Project Manager with the company since 2018 with the B. Eng. (Hons) Civil from University Technology Malaysia in 1993. He has over 35 years working experience, especially with the Building Developers. He was with Johor Land Berhad seconded to Pembinaan Prefab Sdn Bhd for the construction of Double Story Link House at Taman Mawar, Pasir Gudang. Thereafter, He worked for Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd for the Construction of Malaysia – Singapore Second Crossing project. He spent two third of his working life with Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd for the Development of Kota Kemuning Township, Shah Alam. Prior to joining MMSB, he was with Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd for 2 years before continuing the Civil & Infrastructure works for Bandar Gamuda Cove Earthwork Phase 1 and Earthwork Phase 2. He is currently involves in Cove’s bridgework and Rasau Water Treatment Plant’s contract, Earthworks and Water Pipeline.

Shaiful Hazani

Project Manager

Shaiful Hazani Bin Che Md Saad is the Construction Manager with the company since 2017 and recently joned back as a Project Manager in 2023. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA and has gained valuable work experience of over 16 years. He started with small development projects and gradually progressed to larger projects, including a Tuna Fisheries port with See Song & Sons and the Electrified Double Track projects with Gamuda Engineering SB. Having exposure in the construction industry over the years, he started his management roles with MMSB for Gamuda Land TwentyFive7 Mixed Development Project before holding his current mid-management position with the company.

W Hani Fawwaz

Contracts & Commercials

W Hani Fawwaz graduated with a Master in Project Management and Degree in Construction Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has extensive working experience of 11 years in quantity surveying scope of works including pre – contract and post contract works. Among many notable projects he was involved in are the Electrified Double Track Project (EDTP) Ipoh to Padang Besar, Mass Rapid Transit Package V1 and Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 Underground Works Package and most recently the Gamuda Cove project.

Mat Arshad Bin Mat Chik

Among the projects that he was involved with are private hospital KPJ Rawang, City Campus, PRIMA Putrajaya, UEM Sunrise Condominium Mont Kiara, Bank Negara Business Operation Complex, MRT Line 2 Sungai Buloh – Serdang- Putrajaya (SSP) Package V210, Bandar Gamuda Cove such as Earthwork, Infrastructure works, bridgeworks, Interchange & Toll Plaza and Rasau Water Treatment Plant.

Arif Farizi Bin Abdul Rahim

A graduate from a University Technology MARA with a Degree in Human Resource Management, he kick-started his Human Resource Professional career in 2016 when he was attached to MMC Gamuda KVMRT (T) Sdn Bhd. With 7 years of working experience in construction industry, he has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in managing entire human resources functions in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Currently at Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd, he is responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including payroll management, compensation and benefit, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and company policy implementation.

Mohamad Ridzuan Bin Mohamad Talhah

With over 8 years of work experience, he previously worked with licensed land survey company Jurukur Perunding Services Sdn Bhd, where he was involved in Engineering Survey, Cadastral Survey, and Hydrography Survey. He also worked for Pembinaan Nescaya Sdn Bhd on a highway project. At Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd, he has been involved in various project, including earthworks, infrastructure works, and bridgeworks, at Kota Kemuning, Bandar Gamuda Cove, MRT Line 2 Sungai Buloh- Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) Package V210, and Gamuda Gardens.

Muhammad Hamizan is known for his expertise in site planning, project management, team leadership, and quality management. She has 9 years of experience working in the finance and accounting fields, and during that time she has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in managing financial flow charts in demanding and hectic circumstances. She now oversees all financial transactions and several project’s finances at Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd. Experienced in full set of accounts, financial reporting, financial analysis, inter-company transactions, taxation, balance sheet, month end closing etc.

Jamaludin Sulaiman is the Managing Director of Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd and hold 99% of the Company shares since 2014. He was graduated with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Honours) from University of Southampton, United Kingdom (UK) in 1983. As a highly experienced professional in construction and project management, Jamaludin has brought valuable industry experience and insights to MMSB’s core business. He has over 39 years of experience in heavy Civil Engineering Project and Construction Management . Among various prominent projects he was involved are Shah Alam Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, SPRINT Expressway, SMART Tunnel, Sungai Selangor Dam & Water Supply Project, Electrified Double Track Project (EDTP) Ipoh to Padang Besar, and Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Line 1 & 2
