Jamaludin Sulaiman is the Managing Director of Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd and hold 99% of the Company shares since 2014. He was graduated with Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (Honours) from University of Southampton, United Kingdom (UK) in 1983. As a highly experienced professional in construction and project management, Jamaludin has brought valuable industry experience and insights to MMSB’s core business. He has over 39 years of experience in heavy Civil Engineering Project and Construction Management . Among various prominent projects he was involved are Shah Alam Expressway, Damansara-Puchong Expressway, SPRINT Expressway, SMART Tunnel, Sungai Selangor Dam & Water Supply Project, Electrified Double Track Project (EDTP) Ipoh to Padang Besar, and Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit (KVMRT) Line 1 & 2

Noor Aswana

Director – Contract & Commercial

Noor Aswana is one of MMSB’s pioneer staff. She hold a degree in Construction Management from University Technology Mara and previously worked for Central Bank of Malaysia, MMC Engineering Sdn Bhd and IJM Construction Sdn Bhd prior to joining MMSB in 2015. She has a multi-task experiences in managing the projects, handling the disputes, contractual claims as well as looking after getting projects for the Company due to her excellent negotiation skills. She had worked abroad in Pakistan for 3 years and in India for 2 years when she was in IJM. Over the last 34 years, she was involved in Kuantan Kerteh Railway Pipeline, SMART Tunnel, Karachi IT Tower, Karachi Elevated Expressway, Pune-Solapur and Chilakaluripet to Vijayawada highway projects and hands-on with the all completed and ongoing projects in MMSB.

Ismail Hassan

Ismail Hassan is the Senior General Manager with the company since 2014 with the B. Sc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison, USA in 1985. Having work experience for more than 38 years, he worked with small local companies before moving on to an International Company of Kajima (M) Sdn Bhd for 5 stars hotel and resort development. Besides, he also worked with 2 reputably listed company of Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd and Gamuda Berhad where he was involved in various mega projects such as North South Highway, LDP and Sprint Highways, Earth Dams, Rock Fill Dam, RCC Dam, Water and Sewerage Treatment Plants, MRT Line 1 locally, Middle East and South East Asia countries. He led MMSB’S RM560 million project Yen So Park Sewage Treatment Plant in Hanoi in 2009 till 2011.

Shaiful Hazani

Shaiful Hazani Bin Che Md Saad is the Construction Manager with the company since 2017 and recently joned back as a Project Manager in 2023. He holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA and has gained valuable work experience of over 16 years. He started with small development projects and gradually progressed to larger projects, including a Tuna Fisheries port with See Song & Sons and the Electrified Double Track projects with Gamuda Engineering SB. Having exposure in the construction industry over the years, he started his management roles with MMSB for Gamuda Land TwentyFive7 Mixed Development Project before holding his current mid-management position with the company.

Zulkornain Muhammadiah

Zulkornian Muhammadiah is the Senior Project Manager with the company since 2018 with the B. Eng. (Hons) Civil from University Technology Malaysia in 1993. He has over 35 years working experience, especially with the Building Developers. He was with Johor Land Berhad seconded to Pembinaan Prefab Sdn Bhd for the construction of Double Story Link House at Taman Mawar, Pasir Gudang. Thereafter, He worked for Ranhill Bersekutu Sdn Bhd for the Construction of Malaysia – Singapore Second Crossing project. He spent two third of his working life with Gamuda Land Sdn Bhd for the Development of Kota Kemuning Township, Shah Alam. Prior to joining MMSB, he was with Gamuda Engineering Sdn Bhd for 2 years before continuing the Civil & Infrastructure works for Bandar Gamuda Cove Earthwork Phase 1 and Earthwork Phase 2. He is currently involves in Cove’s bridgework and Rasau Water Treatment Plant’s contract, Earthworks and Water Pipeline.
