Muhammad Nazhif Bin Shamsuddin, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Portsmouth (UK) with over seven years of international experience in Malaysia and Germany, began his career in mechanical system design and M&E consultancy, advancing to lead multidisciplinary teams managing maintenance, infrastructure upgrades, technical proposals, cost planning, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, while developing strategic, commercial, and cross functional skills, and currently serves as Senior M&E Engineer at Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd, overseeing mechanical and electrical construction, plant and machinery coordination, preventive maintenance, and technical project execution to ensure compliance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Bahari Makhatar
PMD Head
Bahari Bin Makhatar is a Civil Engineer with over 18 years of experience in major infrastructure and development projects. A graduate of University Teknologi Malaysia, he starts his journey as a Site Engineer in 2008, contributing to the Ipoh to Padang Besar Electrified Double Track Project, the Klang Valley Mass Rapid Transit Project Line 1, and multiple infrastructure project at Bandar Gamuda Cove. He currently serves as Construction Manager, overseeing project execution and site management.
Arif Farizi
Head of Human Resource
A graduate from a University Technology MARA with a Degree in Human Resource Management, he kick-started his Human Resource Professional career in 2016 when he was attached to MMC Gamuda KVMRT (T) Sdn Bhd. With 7 years of working experience in construction industry, he has gained extensive knowledge and expertise in managing entire human resources functions in a challenging and fast-paced environment. Currently at Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd, he is responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including payroll management, compensation and benefit, talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations, and company policy implementation.
Nurfara Esyiqin
Head of Finance
Nurfara Esyiqin is a graduate from Sultan Idris Shah Polytechnic majoring in Finance and Islamic Banking. in 2013, while working for Irama Duta Sdn Bhd, she started her career as a financial assistant. She has 9 years of experience working in the finance and accounting fields, and during that time she has accumulated extensive knowledge and expertise in managing financial flow charts in demanding and hectic circumstances. She now oversees all financial transactions and several project’s finances at Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd. Experienced in full set of accounts, financial reporting, financial analysis, inter-company transactions, taxation, balance sheet, month end closing etc.
Maziati Mazlan
Head of Contract
Maziati Mazlan, a Quantity Surveyor and UiTM graduate with over 20 years of experience in pre and post contract works across high rise, office, residential, and shopping complex projects in both government and private sectors, has developed expertise in project cost control, contract administration, tender management, quantity take offs, Bills of Quantities preparation, variation order evaluation, progress claim assessment, final account management, stakeholder coordination, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, budgeting, reporting, team leadership, project planning, resource allocation, and performance tracking, and currently serves as Manager at Mujur Minat Sdn Bhd, overseeing efficient and successful project delivery.
W Hani Fawwaz
Head of Commercial
W Hani Fawwaz graduated with a Master in Project Management and Degree in Construction Management from Universiti Sains Malaysia. He has extensive working experience of 11 years in quantity surveying scope of works including pre – contract and post contract works. Among many notable projects he was involved in are the Electrified Double Track Project (EDTP) Ipoh to Padang Besar, Mass Rapid Transit Package V1 and Mass Rapid Transit Line 2 Underground Works Package and most recently the Gamuda Cove project.
